dont make a fool of yourself!!!

If you dont know , dont TALK:mad:
I am sure that I'm not a fool.
Its true according to Mythology. The one Who's DEAD turns up to god, not the one who lives and get a name god.
I even Support Sachin.
I hate people treating Sachin as "GOD".
He is a legend. He can be treated as god after 100 years.

lol. he just cant come to terms as the word "sportsmanship" does not exist in his team's dictionary.

:D

Page space will be less to post the incidents of his team cheating, crying, disgraceful moments etc ;)

all right guys on topic please.

there you go, varunvgiri has answered your question.

and if your of the opinion that ONLY walking is sportsmanship, then i can only pity you.

also, give one ONE instance where tendulkar has acted in an unsportsmanly manner !

Okay! Did i say that??? first find out who said it before commenting!

Guys why dont you all relax!! Sachin is human he deserves praises as well a criticism!
Even sachin will accept and encourage criticism!

Iam just trying to find his instances of sportsmanship coz frankly i have not seen a lot!
And am not saying that he is an unsporting player!:facepalm

Just get lost from here, braguvaran or whatever. We don't want you to spoil this thread.

Anyway, back on topic. Yeah, it's damn amazing! A guy has been playing international cricket for 20 long years, yet, on his day, he is still the world's most lethal batsman. All those cricketers who had started their career with Sachin, or even after him, announced their retirement from the game ages back. It's only Sachin who's still carrying on. What a player!

Just for all of you!! Sachin is sure is an indian hero. he has amassed piles and piles of runs.
Just because you guys consider him as god and hero worship him it doesnt mean that he is not without flaws! Just read through this very rare article in indian media about sachin,Calling a SPADE A SPADE of course written by an indian and you will realise he is no GOD not even a saint!!!

Sachin is a superb player, 20 years though, jeez. That is certainly one innings where he has stuck at it ;)

this thread is to celebrate and take pride about the fact that India has produced the Best cricketer of all times.

No, that title still goes to Sir Donald Bradman and if you really don't see that, then you are just being blind and frankly letting national bias cloud your judgement (waits for the flaming to start :sarcasm)

Sobers was a better cricketer than Tendulkar as well for me. Sobers was as good a batsman, a very good bowler and an exceptional fielder. Tendulkar is at #3 in my eyes, possibly 4 after Warne.

who said he doesnt have flaws ? even God (if at all there is any such phenomenon) has flaws.

so, hes being criticized just because he didnt walk ?

Can we keep it to current players please? the ones who still play. Sir is a legend with his exceptional strike rate of 99, Sachin stands second to him.

That's not what he said though, he said the best cricketer of all times. Make your minds up! Anyway, he might not even be 2nd as Dan said, you can't just ignore all the greats who have played just because you haven't seem them play.

And it was average, not strike rate. He wasn't Yuvraj :p

ever heard of the term, 'To each its own' ?

in MY books, Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar is greater than Sir Donald Bradman.
the don is #2.

i dont give a rats "ARSE" if you disagree.

:laugh Strike rate of 99.

As Tom said, he said greatest of all-time, which I and 95% of cricket fans would agree simply isn't true. I'd take Bradman, Sobers and Warne ahead of Tendulkar as cricketers. Not to take anything away from Sachin, I think he's a superb cricketer, and easily the greatest ODi player we've ever seen, but I don't agree that he's the greatest cricketer of all-time across all forms

:rtfl

You sure are blinded by national bias :laugh
