Australia

Australia, despite their success in every format of the game they have yet to win the Twenty20 world cup and George Bailey will be try to win this. Australia biggest strength is their batting, Shane Watson and David Warner can provide a good start for them leading with David and Mike Hussey the experience players. All-rounders play a important role in World Cup and that?s what Australia have, and they can win the World Cup like this. But they will have to work hard to achieve this because a few days ago Australia lost the series to Pakistan 2-1.

Players to watch out for: Shane Watson, David Warner, Mike Hussey

West Indies

West Indian players are probably the most exciting players to watch in this format of the game. To see Chris Gayle, Dwayne Bravo, Sunil Narine in one team is a charm. Their biggest strength is probably Chris Gayle who can smash for a 20 runs in an over and another would be Sunil Narine who is an exciting young off spin bowler. Big weakness can be that their batting order might not work one day and could collapse. I would say that West Indies could be the favourites to win the World Cup this year.

Ireland

A good young team to watch out for. These cricketers are really outstanding to watch out for, they can disappoint anyone. The best result they have gone far to is Super Eights, this doesn?t mean anything, and they are fresh to dominate this year World Cup. Biggest strength is probably their batting line-up they can definitely smash boundaries and could put the opponent under pressure. Greg Blewett's Star Man:"Tim Murtagh has played a lot of county cricket and has been around for a while. He?s quite shrewd with the ball, he?s got good changes of pace, and he?ll be Ireland?s most consistent bowler.?

Zimbabwe

Not the best team in the world but they are exciting to watch and can ruin a good teams day. The furthest they have gone is first round which was way back to 2007. Brendon Taylor will captain this team and this guy is very exciting to watch and we will be looking out for him this world cup. Their biggest weakness is probably the quality of their team. Greg Blewett's Star Man: "Ray Price has been around for a while. He bowls left-arm orthodox, and I think through those middle overs he can be difficult to get away. So I think he?ll be their most valuable player."

Players to watch out for: Brendon Taylor, Ray Price

Squad: Brendan Taylor (captain), Stuart Matsikenyeri, Vusi Sibanda, Ray Price, Hamilton Masakadza, Craig Ervine, Malcolm Waller, Brian Vitori, Elton Chigumbura, Graeme Cremer, Kyle Jarvis, Chris Mpofu, Richard Muzhange, Prosper Utseya, Forster Mutizwa

Sri Lanka

They are host and probably the highest winning choices in this year World Cup. Fresh from the Sri Lanka Premier League they will be looking to destroy many teams? chances. With their biggest strength would be their home side with them, cheering them on and they know their own pitches. All-rounders such as Angelo Mattews and Perera will be key to their team. The middle order have struggled a little bit that will be their weakness.

Players to watch out for: Tillakaratne Dilshan, Lasith Malinga

Squad: Mahela Jayawardena (captain), Dinesh Chandimal, Tillakaratne Dilshan, Akila Dananjaya, Shaminda Eranga, Rangana Herath, Nuwan Kulasekara, Lasith Malinga, Angelo Mathews, Ajantha Mendis, Jeewan Mendis, Dilshan Munaweera, Thisara Perera, Kumar Sangakkara, Lahiru Thirimanna.

South Africa

South Africa is topped in T20 rankings right now in terms of the ICC. They are one team that has performed consistently well in all the three format of the game all year round. Their biggest strength is Jacques Kallis this guy is top class right now and another one would be Dale Steyn to start off from. Biggest weakness is probably if it?s not their day today and don?t perform well.

Players to watch out for: Jacques Kallis, Dale Steyn, Hashim Amla

Squad: AB de Villiers (captain), Albie Morkel, Dale Steyn, Faf du Plessis, Farhaan Behardien, Hashim Amla, Jacques Kallis, Johan Botha, JP Duminy, Justin Ontong, Lonwabo Tsotsobe, Morne Morkel, Richard Levi, Robin Peterson, Wayne Parnell.

Bangladesh

They have not played International Cricket for a long period of time, but personally I don?t think they have mature. They have beat India, Sri Lanka but I think that?s luck. Their biggest strength would be Shakib Al Hasan, he?s outstanding all-rounder. Biggest weakness is pace bowling and mediocre batting are Bangladesh?s biggest worries.

Players to watch out for: Shakib Al Hasan, Tamim Iqbal, Mohammad Ashraful, Nasir Hossain

Squad: Mushfiqur Rahim (capt), Mahmudullah, Tamim Iqbal, Mohammad Ashraful, Junaid Siddique, Jahurul Islam, Shakib Al Hasan, Nasir Hossain, Ziaur Rahman, Elias Sunny, Abdur Razzak, Mashrafe Mortaza, Shafiul Islam, Farhad Reza, Abul Hasan

Pakistan

A team capable of producing world class fast bowlers has a knack of finding itself in the middle of a major controversy every now and then. Their recent places in the world cup are fairly good. Their biggest strength will be their bowling, missing Mohammad Asif and Amir they will have Umar Gul, Shahid Afridi and Saeed Ajmal to fill in that spot for them. Biggest weakness will be their batting if that collapse then they are done.

Players to watch out for: Saeed Ajmal, Kamran Akmal

SAEED_1582346a.jpg

Squad: Mohammad Hafeez (captain), Imran Nazir, Nasir Jamshed, Asad Shafiq, Shoaib Malik, Umar Akmal, Kamran Akmal, Abdul Razzaq, Shahid Afridi, Sohail Tanveer, Umar Gul, Saeed Ajmal, Raza Hasan, Yasir Arafat, Mohammad Sami

New Zealand

They haven?t been favor of any World Cup; they have talent to do so. Daniel Vettori was once ranked the best T20 bowler. Biggest strength is Ross Taylor and Brendon McCullum, McCullum is ranked #1 in batting for T20 and plays outstanding innings. Weakness is that if their batting order doesn?t work then they will fail.

Players to watch out for: Brendon McCullum, James Franklin

Squad: Ross Taylor (captain), Martin Guptill, Rob Nicol, Brendon McCullum, Kane Williamson, BJ Watling, James Franklin, Jacob Oram, Nathan McCullum, Daniel Vettori, Kyle Mills, Doug Bracewell, Tim Southee, Ronnie Hira, Adam Milne.
