Nobody would have expected that a game would reflect reality. But amazingly that was what happened. Look at the last over of the match to see what I am talking about.

Unexpected twist in the tournament. A team that was in the top position is humbled and bundled within 100. One bowler destroying the opposition from his first over. Taking 3 wickets in one over shaking the line up completely.

Match 35: Sri Lanka vs Bangladesh

Good little fight between the two teams at the bottom of the points table. Not a big target to chase. Top order doing all the damage and tail elders finishing the match easily in spite of little pressure in the end.

A desperate effort to win the the match and climb little bit up in the points table. Batsmen using all their skills to post a huge total on board. Bowlers made sure the opponents won't reach the target so easily.

Half Way Through the League Stage

36 matches completed in the league stage and 36 more matches to go. Now it's gonna be very interesting where the teams At the bottom of the table will try really hard to reach the top and teams at top will do anything possible to retain their position.

At the end Round 9 New Zealand is at the top, followed by South Africa with 12 Points each.

Shocking start for the home team, losing two wickets in first two balls of the match. Team didn't look like they would cross 100. But one man stole the show and saved his team from disaster.
