All ICC games after ICC 2002 cannot be edited. No one knows how the database works. So its not possible to edit anything and so user made patches are not possible. The game makers have done it this way because if they let the users make their own patches then they will not be able to cheat us by selling us "Ashes" versions of this game which is just a roster update for 10-20 pounds.
