Are difficulties bugged? PC version

ive been playing on veteran difficulty and found the game a bit tricky and so decided to go to pro. Since then the game has got even harder. I can hardly get a wicket and batting is almost impossible. Are difficulties bugged on PC version?

If you are using a controller, press the right analog stick in (like the physical click when you apply perpendicular pressure on it) as the bowl is being bowled.
