SOLUTION : UNINSTALL YOUR GRAPHICS DRIVER​

I have downloaded the demo from Planetcricket.
When I start the game, everything runs fine.
I start a match, as soon as the first ball touches the pitch, my computer goes not responding. I have to restart the PC.

I tried to google the problem but many have the same problem.
Others have a problem that the game freezes, but my whole PC freezes.

My PC Specs.

OS : Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit
Version : 6.1.7600 Build 7600
Processor : Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5700 @ 3.00GHz, 3003 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 2 Logical Processor(s)

Well I have Windows 7 and AC09 is runs fine...

I suggest not running the game on high settings, as your graphics card-the intel hd graphics-is not suited for gaming. Try that out first. If it doesn't work, try the game in windowed mode and see if that works. It's most likely your graphic settings that is causing your game to exit to the desktop.

Try this then. First play any music file in Windows media player and turn on repeat/loop option and then mute. then, minimize the WMP and then run the game. This worked in Windows XP.
Try it and reply.

Ashes cricket 09 works fine if u have the graphics driver in ur laptop or system.
To check that right click on cricket 09.exe ------> Run with graphic processor-------> high performance graphics processor

**Remember always run with high performance graphics processor to avoid game exits or game freeze.

I have installed ashes cricket 2009 to my desktop.the game is running and everything is fine, but i play any match in that,it hangs after the first ball bowled... i have pressed windows key but the system doesnt respond to it.. please say me a solution...
My system requirements..
windows xp service pack 3
32 bit os
dual core processor E5700 @ 3.00 Ghz
1.96gb of RAM.
but i dont have graphics card!
