I'd prefer he kept it. Its good when members keep the same avatar as it becomes their identity (its very purpose!) I don't mind the odd change here and there but its pointless having an avatar if you constantly change it.

I agree, it puts you out of your comfort zone when someone who has had a certain avatar for a long time suddenly changes it, like Almost_Austwick did!
