Batsman won't move - Please help

When I bat in any type of match, my player just swings his arms up when the ball has gone.

It works ok when I'm in the nets, but not in the game.

Can anyone please help me?

[color=#000000ost_uid14]I had the same problem too.It just changes to different buttons.Enter:Normal shot,R Crtl:Six hit shot,Right shiftefence.Use the arrows to point which direction you want to hit in.Don't use TAB or left crtl,for some reason they don't work.
