Kapil Dev yesterday spoke that even kirsten should be removed, what do you think? Should he be sacked?

Ever since Kirsten came in, our ODI winning percentage has been quite high. We have lost two major tournaments but we have won everything else and are close to the No. 1 ranking in world cricket. Its not even an option to think right now about Kirsten's position.

I think the sacking has to do with India's lack lustre performance in the championship trophy. Having said that it is imperative to have a competent bowling and Fielding Coach to really see significant results.

One hopes India gets the right fit for Bowling and fielding.

see India bowlers has struggle to bowl fast deliviries..India's fast bowlers have been the weakest link in their quest to becoming the best ODI team in the world. In addition, they have been a liability in the field too since the days of Kapil Dev, Madan Lal and Chetan Sharma, India have struggled to find a fast bowler who's athletic and sharp in the outfield
(shane warne found a man called kamaran khan from railway platform, he bowled over 140 kph in IPL2 he doesn't have coach or proper training but intl Indian bowlers struggle to produce some more pace in deliveries i don't know why)

Fielding isn't going to be solved by getting a brilliant fielder and making him coach. Catching and fielding aren't something you learn at the international level; you learn how to field when you're getting into cricket. All the fielding coach can do is make fielders perform at their optimal level with drills and the like.

As it happens, the optimal level for most Indian fielders is pretty low to begin with. The solution isn't easy. To begin with, we need to make sure the grass is green in the junior level games... literally. I've read so many articles about juniors and domestics playing on extremely dry and rugged fields. Who wants to dive around on those?

Fixed your post :)

;)at least trying to produce some more pace on deliveries :D we indians are really expecting some fast (real fast) bowlers in our side...P.Kumar bowled 112KPH average in CL20-20 (he is fast bowler in indian side as well as opening bowler)

, he bowled over 140 kph in IPL2 he doesn't have coach or proper training

Kamran Khan is a joke. Doesn't even have a proper action. Might be good for T-20s, but can be disastrous in the longer formats like Tests and ODIs. Once the batsmen get used to his pace, I'm afraid it's easy pickings.

very easy to laugh about poor..an australian found something in india but indians refused to develope what he found

I'm not laughing at the poor. If this guy becomes a great Indian cricketer some day, few will be happier than me. Just saying that his current action will not help him at all if he wants to become a successful bowler. He needs to change it.

Kamran Khan being poor does not give him a huge advantage. Yes, he has struggled to get to where he is, but dont use it as a weapon to boost his prospects. The guy who is the most equipped to deliver upto expectations should be picked.

Also, Warne has high opinion about Ravindra Jadeja. The Indians dont. WARNE IS NOT GOD! AUSTRALIANS ARE NOT GOD!

no one has given some advantage to kamran khan and he has not looking any advantage of his poor,i told told my opinion thats all there are lot more talented peoples in Indian even doesn't have proper coach and training so Indians must be looking forward to select and give them for proper coach, do you know where is kamran khan now? how could you say he is getting huge advantage? if he gets some intl quality training definitely he'll become best fast bowler in Indian side..
well i am not saying warne is god and Australians are god..but i believe Shane warne is legend cricketer so he knows cricket more than you and me..

No no.. I support Kamran Khan too and hope to see him in the side sometime. But I dont support the theory that 'just because you are poor and you struggle in your life, you earn the right to play for India'. Kamran Khan has been sent to correct his action so that he doesnt face problems in intl cricket. Hope he does it and comes back and gets into the Indian team. He should not lose his pace in that quest.

P.s: While quoting my post, why is my name posted as "scissoring"?
