I'm pretty sure the game doesnt support on board graphic cards. Im not sure what the name, make or model number of your motherboard is.

One thing i can see is your graphics driver is 4 years old.

according to the BLIC07 demo readme, a 64 MB graphics card is the MIN, but it needs to support Direct x9.0c, even tough u have it installed ure graphics card wasnt built to suport it, in short u have to buy a new one, before that u must upgrade ue graphics card driver

but dont hold me to it in the court of law, u might want a second opinion,

by the way even if it did work on ure card it would be very poor quality

I have nforce 6100 onboard with 64MB shared RAM

and it worked fine will heghest resolutions but @ 75Hz refresh rate

1024 x 768 @ 85 Refresh rate .. the game is unplayable..

Then realised Lacking RAM for the graphics .. so increased shared RAm to 128MB ..now can run the game @ 1024 x 768 @ 85Hz ultra faster ..

If you are less on budget then i suggest Nvidia Geforce 6200 128MB 128bit memory AGP or PCI-X which will be around 30$

Not true at all, buying a new graphics card which is supported would be the best next step. Increasing RAM would also be a good move.
