Bioshock and Securom
I've heard a lot about this Securom, can it really harm your PC? I've got STALKER and that came with Securom didn't it? I haven't seen any ill effects.
I don't care how good Bioshock is, if it can mess my PC up, I ain't getting it! Also, I've heard that even if you install the demo, you're given Securom as a lil' bonus! Why the hell do they have to copy-protect a sodding demo????? It's bad enough to push this rubbish on the full game, but a demo? When are these idiots going to realise:
Good games sell, bad games don't! No amount of copy protection BS is going to change that! Look at Oblivion, that only had a basic DVD check security system. It didn't sell too badly, did it?
One other thing, a lot of people have said Bioshock's short, which is strange as PC Gamer said it was a long game. Does short apply only if you plough through the main story, as opposed to doing side-quests?
