Hopefully i made it in time O.o just found this :D

wow the england finished the match in 3.1 overs, englands batting looks strong

so we play the first innings and then give the save file to the other person?

To warm up for the Homebase Cup India took on the best ODI team in the wrold.......after Somerset..........Australia in a 10 over match. on TEST level

Ricky Pontng won the toss and choose to bat(if only he had at Old Trafford)
Justin Langer and Matthew Hayden went to the crease and were immediatly halted by some accurate and nippy pace bowling from Agit Agarkar and Ifran Pathan. Only 18 were taken from the first 4 overs for the loss of no wickets. Ganguly then turned to his spinners and they payed off his faith in them. Harbajan and Kumble kept it tight but it was Tendulkar who was really getting the ball to dart around. He removed Langar with an arm ball, catching him leg before and then conned Ponting into playing all around a straight one and also being adudacated LBW. Harbajan joined in the action getting Hayden caught at square leg by Laxman for 23 off as many balls. With the final ball of the match Tendulkar had Lahmann caught by Kumble for a Golden Duck.

Australia finished on 56-4 off their 10 overs. I would love to post some screenies but it says the files are too big, can anyone help?

India innings to come soon

Unless there is another way of giving someone a save file, apart from e-mail , then sorry, I will have to resign.

If there is then I will continue.

Sorry!

Don't e-mail me!!!!!!!!!!!!!

By the way Somerset rule, try shrinking the size of the screenshot, then save it as jpeg in Paint Shop Pro. (If you use paint it will lose colours).

i was thinking of another way, not sending the files over but just posting your first innings score, and the pitch details etc and then the other person just carries on but batting first as well using the same settings and stuff.

The only thing is the person will have to stop and take a screenshot after the runs have been scored.

just a thought O.o don't listen to me if you dont' want to :) i dont mind either way

Pakistan took on England in a 50 over pre-season friendly match. Pakistan won the toss and decided to bat first at the MCG. Afridi and Hameed opened for Pakistan and scored 50 runs in just 4 overs and set a trend for the rest of the team to score at a rate higher than 7 throughout the match. Afridi's inning of 77 off of 74 balls was overshadowed by Youhana's, who scored 74 off of just 47!! Even the tail pitched in and was able to build a 60 run partnership between Amir and Saqlain. Pakistan set for England a huge target of 386 runs.

As expected, England flew off to a fast start but lost Strauss for a duck. After Vaughan's dismissal Collingwood and Trescothick put on a partnership of more than a 100 runs but didn't do it fast enough for England to have a chance at the target. At the end, England scored a healthy 260 runs but was still way off target. Pakistan won by 125 runs and Youhana was declared MOM.

SkateBoarder, are there any teams left? I would like to play if you have a free slot.

By the way, dumb question by what do you mean by "play by mail league"? How does that work?

You can enter a team only if you can find another willing player, because that would make it even.

I'll have to keep my fingers crossed that someone else signs up then - please keep me in mind if you get another interesed person.

Which teams are still available?

You can enter the West Indies, Canada, the United States of America or the Netherlands.

Ok I'll take the Windies and hope you find some cocky person who's keen to play the minnows!

The home team does the toss, and if the home team wins it then they must bat and play the first innings. If the away team wins it then you have to hope the CPU choose to bat or you will have to restart the match! ;)
Then the first innings is played by the batting team and sent to the other team to chase. :) This is the only way to play BLIC online! :(
So let me get this straight. If the away team wins the toss they have to bat first? That would mean if I lose the toss and India choose to bat, I have to send the file to Somerset Rules so he can bat first?

I couldn't find the licenced player Patch by sabybaby007 where is that?

also i have been playing around with the team editor and was wondering if someone could send me the default team and player info file?
