make sure your action is as high as possible. Speed doesn't matter too much if you are accurate, so mark out a square on a good length just outside off stump and just practice hitting that, and your action should start to mould itself. Once you've got that down pat start trying to bowl faster bit by bit and still hit that spot.

Or you could do what I did and realise you're a rubbish fast bowler and turn to spin. I'm 6'4"

Being a tall spinner is very useful. I think it's very important, whatever you bowl, to have a consistent stock delivery that you can land in the same place five out of six times. If you can do that, then develop one other delivery - maybe a cross-seamer that doesn't swing, or an arm ball if you're bowling offies, but don't worry about being a world-beater. Bore the batsman out if necessary.

Try following some videos of Ravichandran Ashwin in youtube. You can get a better idea because visually seeing something is always better than plain texts.Good luck.

I had same problem with me then I searched on youtube and I select brite lee action there is reason behind this Modern scince proved his action help in fitness as well as bowling speed so I recomand it

Use trick of dale steyn. Leave your hands free and while you throw, close your eyes and throw ball blindly
