i know how to bowl...i am able to bowl normal balls{using button 1-ctrl for me} but the THING DOES NOT RESPOND TO BUTTONS 2,3 AND 4.This way i can't add the bowling variations.I have tried an umpteen number of key settings and i have read and re-read the manual many times now.please help me!

THIS HAPPENS ONLY WHILE BOWLING,batting is absolutely fine.
