Bowling tips and sweeping?

I have been playing on Legend AI settings and everything else set to Hard.
Can anyone tell me how to learn to bowl better line and length? In every T20 game I play I get smacked over 200 runs.

Secondly, how to play sweepshot?

Not sure what to advise but I found this game the bowling is a lot more penal, I've played all the previous BA releases so know my way around the mechanism but it's a lot tougher. I noticed the game defaults to Hard and Dry pitches every game as standard (well it did for me) so these were graveyards for bowlers but V.easy to bat on.
First I made the pitches more balanced and then adjusted the AI sliders slightly to offer more chances and lessen their batting skill level - I'm still going at 4's in red ball cricket so it's not easy but I'm averaging 30 with the ball now as opposed to 45!

Also sweeping is the L1 special shots button with forward foot placement and the left direction (for right hander), gotta play it with earlier timing than other shots though
