but i still agree icc r way too strict on the sub con teams....

example akthar says tow wrods and get banned, while mr.nel sledges in frotn of the umpire and swears at Hameed and doesnt get banned

I honestly don't know how many times I have to say it.

The umpires did not report Nel. Therefore the ICC can't suspend him! Is this such a hard concept to grasp? It's the umpires whio you should be blaming for that one.

If countries break the rules often then of course more players are going to get fined and banned, and I'm sad to say it but on the whole, the India and Pakistan teams are more badly behaved on the field then most other teams.

I have said it before, but I seriously doubt any of you can provide me with hard evidence that the ICC is racist..... go on just try.... I want dates, teams involved, etc. along with undoubted proof of the ICCs racism.
