Problem: Can Some one help me in buying dbc14 in steam

Hii everyone
I am trying to buy dbc14 in steam with my debit card.
I added dbc14 in cart and clicked purchase for myself
A box appeared and i entered debit card(domestic) and gave continue.
Next a confirmation came for buying it and i agreed with steam subscription term
And gave play with novaplay
Then it started directing me to novaplay
I filled all my details and submited
Now problem occured for me
When i clicked card type it is not working and the transaction time is freezed.
If some one know how to fix and proceed please help me.

You mean, you are not able to navigate the card type section and it hangs in that screen right ? If so, use 'tab' key in keyboard to select 'card type' and submit, not by mouse.

Yeah. Use 'tab' to select all the user interactions ( like, selecting card type, clicking submit and other stuffs) and check whether it's working. And why are you using 'sir' man ? lol. Don't do that ;p

Yeah you can the novaplay had issues for me in the steam too the tab thing didn't work so I bought some games recently via logging on Chrome.

Works better in steam website than the steam app. Facing more difficulty with novaplay. Transaction failed 5-7 times.

I suggest, you better buy some gift cards maybe of 5$ and 3$ and later redeem it in steam for easy purchase. I too faced some transaction issue as the transaction to steam was blocked by my bank. Later, I purchased the physical copy of the game from Amazon India.

Novaplay play did work initially in the steam app when the domestic support was launched I remember purchasing some titles in July/August time but off late the steam app has some issues although no problems when buying games from websites instead of the app.

@PresidentEvil it is more headache to buy the game in steam i am planning to buy the game from online market like amazon india. But will they accept that copy from amazon india?. If so sir please give me a link to amazon india in where i can get dbc14 at some low cost from 500-800

Of course you can buy a physical copy and add that to your steam account but all the online markets have listed the game for not less than Rs.1500. It's much cheaper in Steam as you will be getting the game for 499. Buy the steam coupon codes (redeemable in India) and add the fund to your steam account. Then buy the game by using your steam wallet. Cheap and best.

People like @AliB, @Field Marshal have done the same.

@VarunB It is much easier to buy a giftcard. You can easily buy any game. I bought $50 Giftcard to get $40 DBC14. You can buy giftcards easily from online shops or local shops.
