Can you hit a 4 with advanced shot?

Because the only way you can hit a 4 on this game is by lofting, why is this?

Some people are saying this but i hit 4 on hard with normal shots. Its harder thats all. ps im playing a tweaked nz team now on hard, im 3 for 63 of 15 overs and i have hit three 4 of normal shots. Pick a good batting pitch and you will be ok.:banana2

just hit b (ps3), theres a bit of a bug where the ai forgets to step back ponting did the the other day which was quite funny.

A backfoot cover drive timed perfectly generally gets the job done for me.

You can hit boundries with a normal attacking shots once the batsman are set. Loft works from the start but its very risky. I tend to find it takes 10 overs + before i start hitting boundries on hard. I can hit boundries almost at will against any bowler now once my batsman is bold or fearless. The AI as usual finds it far easier to hit boundries. Some shots ive seen are just physicaly impossible to hit in the way they do. And we'll not even go there on the whole pulling and hooking a yorker delivery thing!! :doh
