Won the toss and sent them in. Was looking good until I logged in and Chambers conceded 12.
End of Over 17: 70-1, runrate=4.12
Chambers 4-1-17-1
Khulelaphi* 33 (49 balls)
Koumas 5 (21 balls)
Last Wicket: Dave c. Sawyer b. Chambers 28 (FOW: 45/1)

Rolled them for 163, my medium pacers (Chambers and Allen) with 3 a piece. Opening with Crouch hasn't paid off at all and now I've lost my big 3 before the spinner has even come on.

End of Over 8: 23-3, runrate=2.88, reqrunrate=3.36 (163-10)
Butler 4-1-13-2
Rayno* 1 (1 balls)
Moodley 14 (24 balls)
Last Wicket: Branch b. Jannie 1 (FOW: 21/3)

Causing an upset here by looking like I'm gonna beat the unbeaten top team in my league :D

A match saving partnership between my trainee and the legendary keeper-batsman which is Hollis ;)

And my cup run is over. Batting first against the good teams seems to be the way to go, I won last week and now he won. My except+ 3-6 didn't do enough chasing 274 which in the end left me being bowled for 123.
