Hasan had a decent innings:

End of Over 50: 344-3, runrate=6.88
Croft 10-0-69-0
Kadir* 45 (27 balls)
Zaidi 16 (10 balls)

Brilliant second over with nearly 3 boundaries hit by Filan:

End of Over 2: 15-0, runrate=7.50, reqrunrate=6.88 (344-3)
Breckin 1-0-13-0
Filan* 12 (8 balls)
Perry 2 (5 balls)
1.6 3 Breckin to Filan
Brilliant fielding in the deep saves one run.
1.5 . Breckin to Filan
Well bowled, and that is well left by Filan.
1.4 4 Breckin to Filan
A little uppish but into the gap and four runs.
1.3 4 Breckin to Filan
Breckin runs in and delivers a short and wide delivery which is dispatched to the point boundary by Filan, absolute gift.
1.2 . Breckin to Filan
Filan pushes for a quick single. But he is sent back as Saleemuddin threatens a quick throw.
1.2 wd Breckin to Filan
Oh dear, that's swung a mile and had to be taken by first slip. Breckin makes a sheepish apology to the wicket keeper.
1.1 1 Breckin to Perry
Smacked back down the pitch, Breckin got a hand to it and deep mid off tidies up.

Rowland is really gonna have to work hard to get his opening spot back...

Damn, two quick wickets! First was Filan, who was looking very dangerous and then Cooper, whos only contribution was a 4.
30-2, still a couple a runs below the reqrate.

brilliant match for me so far my openers both made centuries and 1st wicket partnership was 257 runs... good hitting by Kadir 46 (27 balls) took the score to 344-3

and now my bolwers have bowled brilliantly but more than that my Wicki GLIBERT HAS BEEN OUTSTANDING SO FAR...

4.5 W Hastings to Cooper
Attempted hook shot by Cooper, goes straight up into the swirling wind. Gilbert calls off the other fielders and gets under it to take a marvellous catch. He covered a lot of ground to get there, great work.

17.3 W Rauf to Von hoesslin
Gilbert with a brilliant save, I mean catch! Well saved... err... caught, my son, well caught indeed.

19.4 W Rauf to Croft
Gilbert has taken a blinder. Simply brilliant work behind the stumps.

Match so far ...

End of Over 23: 103-8, runrate=4.48, reqrunrate=8.96 (344-3)
Austin 2-0-4-1
Oakley* 2 (7 balls)
Milner 1 (2 balls)

Last Wicket: Marples b. Breckin 1 (FOW: 100/8)

and the end of the match

Breckin on a hattrick..

23.5 W Breckin to Cronin
Great delivery! Outside off stump, swinging away and the batsman helps it into the hands of Saleemuddin at first slip!
23.4 W Breckin to Oakley
Brilliant fielding by Wajahat. Peddling backwards and he's caught him.

i know they r well easy ..

anyways the end of the match scores

And that's the end of the match. Hasis Legends won by 231 runs.
Hasis Legends 344-3
Challengers XI 113-10

I was totally outclassed in every aspect. Only players who really resisted were Bishop and Van Hoesslin, who played nicely in his debut. I got him off Spin for ?1000, hoping to train him up a bit.

End of Over 33: 152-1, runrate=4.61
Reid 10-1-34-0
Delop* 62 (104 balls)
Dunn 22 (37 balls)

Last Wicket: Cox b. Littlefair 50 (FOW: 109/1)

Pretty good start batting first. A good foundation built for the slog in the last 10. And the next in are Crouch, Bunn, Rudi and Dennis. Perfect...

Hope he is better for you than for me!

Into the last ten now with 174/1 on the board. Here is hoping for the best.

Bad news:
41.3 W Littlefair to Delop
OUT! Good ball, hint of movement away, Delop drives and gets an edge, Mulligan takes an easy catch .

Good news:
Crouch is in :)

Some excitement:

42.4 W Night to Bunn
A brilliant shot by Bunn - but wait, it's been caught on the boundary rope by Gonsalvez.
42.3 W Night to Dunn
Dunn advances, but slips over and ever so slightly nicks the ball to Mulligan. How unfortunate.
42.2 6 Night to Dunn
And that's in the air and six runs, brilliant shot from Dunn. I wonder what must be going through Night's head after that shot.

Rudi and Crouch now batting...

hehe Dunn and Bunn
Lol, yea. Here is hoping they become a legendary pair!

Bowling first in a friendly:

End of Over 13: 66-1, runrate=5.08
Deane 7-0-45-1
Whiting* 27 (34 balls)
Mcewen 4 (11 balls)

Last Wicket: Craddock b. Deane 29 (FOW: 58/1)

I won my friendly! It's a good warm up for the knockout stage of the PC battrick league, as well as mine. I'm getting some good ratings now.

Damn! Didn't get my team in on time for the friendly, and lost easily (though my original opening pair put on 114 for the 4th wicket). Bad bad bad!

And I chased down 293, Mpumelele - my back up keeper - hitting a fine century and Bunn slamming 98 off 99 not out. Nice :)

Doing really well against the leaders in our group, who have a perfect record, and a Net RR of 32.11 !

Im bowling on an uneven home ground. Hopefully my batsmen will manage to see through the total (unlikely, look at the bowling!).
