How come steam releases Dec 1?

Also have they got rid of aggro ground shots from dbc 14? On nets there's no layout for pro controls only arcade... Speaking of arcade controls what is the point of "precision" shot? Just seems the same as normal shots, would be nice if they had animations and physics for maybe a nudge/touch type shot like Jaywardene style

He said in that tweet it will be live globally on steam 6hrs from the time of his tweet which was around 6am (UK time) in aus its about 8pm now so it will be Dec 2 12am there but surely "6hrs from now globally"... 6hrs from the time of his tweet?
