Don’t think it would be unreasonable to expect improvements to gameplay from the last iteration, which appear to be limited at best.

Something special, no. Something that has addressed the obvious issues with the previous game, yes.

Downloading the full game now and yeah as expected the cant play nets while downloading. It unfortunately crashes.

I've been a cricket tragic all my life and I purchase every cricket game the day it comes out. But for the first time I'm sitting - this game looks well below par so far. Especially considering we are now in the year 2021 - some of the bugs I'm seeing in gameplay vids were common to games 17 years ago.
