Cricket Coach Crashing

I install it, open it, the whole screen goes black (With a thin toolbar border on top), and then it goes back to my desktop.
I tried it twice same thing.

Any ideas?

i know most people are having this problem,,, my patience is running out with the developers

yeah that happins to me aswell. Re start the game, may help but not solve the problem.
