Some Things To Be Cleared Off
A batsman will play on the basis of Strike Rate,Average plus some random factors such as Batting Conditions, Temperature like.. If more heat then batsman will feel sweaty and fatigue of a batsman will rise and he me feel dehydrated or something like that. Also for a batsman, a bowler's capability will matter.. Such as Dale Steyn bowling to Saurabh Tiwary.. Obviously in T20 that does not count a bit but with due respect to Dale Steyn's ability Tiwary will face problem.
Also for Bowler, it's economy rate + strike rate + average will mostly matter with addition to bowling condition and weather condition as Cloudy atmosphere will help bowler get more swing in air, detoriating pitch might see bowler spinning more
Hope that's clear?
