There seem to be only two different types of field. F/FM/M and spinners (there were 4 in c2k2). This gives us 15 fields x 2 types x 2 for ODI and test + (4 types x 5 fields x2) custom fields = 100. The other 16 could then be special fields the computer is able to set.
Something to do for someone is to open the noname files in the field editor and find the values which match with the ones Zim posted (or the c2k2 originals if you have them). If we can find what field and bowler type each relates too we must be getting somewhere.
Incidentally there were 124 fields in C2k2 (not including custom by my calculation).
