I have played through a few seasons with most of the clubs now and always play the game on normal difficulty but i have recently started a new game with Essex fresh from season one and it seems remarkably easy, my first county game i recorded a 3/517dec first innings and then bowled the opposition out for 216 & 139.. I'm starting to think i may have accidently started the game in Easy mode, is there any way of checking which difficulty your playing on mid game?

I don't think there is a way in ICC 2005 at all. You used to be able to see your difficulty level on ICC 2002 on the Main tab, but now that there are no tabs on the Main Menu inside the game, it just has the simple info needed for use, which I don't mind too much.

When you click on load game, in the tab of information such as date and game save name is included what level it's on.
