England have made a change of squad for the second test against the West Indies with the omission of Paul Collingwood and James Anderson. Nasser Hussain said, "The first match was great but I was a bit concerned about our bowling options. Paul Collingwood had little opportunuty to show what he can do in that game but unfortunately we've had to drop him. As for James, we felt he struggled to cope with the match conditions as there is little swing on these dry wickets. Mark Butcher can swing the ball if we require some variation so we have decided to bring in a replacement bowler". when asked who the new men will be Hussain added, "Ashley Giles can give us some extra turn so he will defintely start and Matthew Hoggard will also be given his chance". The full squad to face the West Indies will be as follows:

M Trescothick
M Butcher
M Vaughan
G Thorpe
N Hussain
A Stewart
I Blackwell
A Giles
D Gough
A Caddick
M Hoggard
