England have made a change of squad for the second test against the West Indies with the omission of Paul Collingwood and James Anderson. Nasser Hussain said, "The first match was great but I was a bit concerned about our bowling options. Paul Collingwood had little opportunuty to show what he can do in that game but unfortunately we've had to drop him. As for James, we felt he struggled to cope with the match conditions as there is little swing on these dry wickets. Mark Butcher can swing the ball if we require some variation so we have decided to bring in a replacement bowler". when asked who the new men will be Hussain added, "Ashley Giles can give us some extra turn so he will defintely start and Matthew Hoggard will also be given his chance". The full squad to face the West Indies will be as follows:

M Trescothick
M Butcher
M Vaughan
G Thorpe
N Hussain
A Stewart
I Blackwell
A Giles
D Gough
A Caddick
M Hoggard

West Indies has made 1 change to their squad. Mervyn Dillon is replaced by Mahendra Nagamootoo. Carl Hooper said "Trinidad, is a HARD FLAT PITCH. Lots of runs to get. Also it turns and bounces so we're adding another spinner after Gayle's performace in the first test. We decided not to drop our senior bowler, Vasbert our only leftie, Collins and our fatest bowler. Left-Handed fast bowlers are very difficult to play on bouncey pitchs. And we need our Lawson to pick up early wickets as he has the ability to do."
However, Drakes and Collins are scheduled to open the bowling. And Drakes may be coming in before Nagamootoo.

C Gayle
W Hinds
B Lara
R Sarwan
S Chanderpaul
C Hooper
R Jacobs
V Drakes
M Nagamootoo
P Collins
J Lawson.

The match will begin at the Queens Park Oval in Port of Spain, Trinidad, tommorow
