England win comfortably,although they lost two wickets

The next match is against Australia,any member may start the match and post the update till 5 overs.
This is the penultimate match in the group stages.

England's last group match is against Australia and it is a very important game for them against the world Champions. The match is played in Melbourne Ground. It is an overcast conditions and a cold weather. The pitch is hard and looks very good for seam bowlers but batsmen can also score a lot of runs if they bat well. England won the toss and interestingly decided to bat first. So players are heading for the ground and here are the two teams.

England got off to their best start of the series as its openers Strauss and Trescothick smashed Mcgrath and Bracken to all parts of ground. Both showed absolutely no mercy on Australian fast bowlers and added 46 runs for the first wicket in just over 4 overs. Bracken got the most severe treatment as he as smashed for 23 runs in his only two overs. Strauss hit 5 boundaries and Trescothick hit 4 boundaries. In Mcgrath's third over, Trescothick tried to hit over mid-on but ended up giving an easy catch to Hogg at mid-on. England lost its first wicket on 46 and captain M Vaughan is the new batsmen in.

After 5 overs England is 47/1 with Strauss on 23 not out.

Just about to start was getting used to the keyboard keys as i use my ps2 controller so i might get mixed up.

Also what about a 50 over match or a test match after this ??

Eng vs Aus

England could have been only 1 out still but australias fielding was superb and the keyboards different to the controller .

pietersen and Flintoff has to score some good quick runs to make England past 150 runs.
