I have seen lots of praise for Gill and Pant over the last few weeks. However, it is important to note that this is Test cricket, not T20 cricket. India would do well to bench Gill and Pant, so that they learn the Test temperament. Anyday, I would prefer a Pujara 70(255) over a Gill/Pant 35(35).

Agree. I said same and got shot down in flames by our Indian friends. Both Gill & Pant lack a test standard technique as well as concentration. Pant is the worst of the two.

Pant doesn't have test standard technique and concentration, but still he is scoring more runs than Virat, Pujara and Rahane.

I've mentioned about it here before, but 'aitorita12' seems to constantly take sarcastic jibes on people who supported conventional wisdom choices in test cricket. Right now, it has gotten to a point where 'aitorita12's only contribution in this forum is to keep taking these sarcastic jibes in every message he/she posts. I understand this person has probably seen the brunt of a majority backing conventional wisdom and so it has shaped their frustration, which is now coming out as sarcasm. But there needs to be a line where they let it go
