Hey The_Gas those pictures of you look like you should be trying out for the next Harr Potter movie. lol

New Zeland have a virtually immpossible total to chase england will be looking to possible bowl them out or at very least restrict their runs. First delivery off Anderson a fast yorker which Mcmillan digs out and goes for a drive back over the bowlers head (the sort if a human tried it we'd be clean bowled), he skied it straight to Vaughan at mid off. Flemming and astle put on a cameo partnership before flemming was clean bowled by a collingwood inswinger. Blackwell took an excellent caught and bowled off the dangerous cairns for 16, much to the relief of england. Styris and harris put on a chunky partnership of over 100 runs however england were able to get a stranglehold on the runrate and were happy to give away ones and two's. By the time the 45th over came up NZ needed nearly 12-13 runs per over and started all out sloggin. As a result a few more wickets fell to boundry catches.

New Zeland 248 for 7 after 50 overs.

England win by 45 runs.

A good fightback from New Zeland but England would always be in control after their first innings batting performance. England face West Indies next and have won all of their games in this tournament so far.

From now on i am using Tutsi's patch 3.1 and sams exe and run-out fix. Test matches will be hard mode, one dayers will be medium.

Another good win for England. Getting McMillan out for a duck helped greatly.

How is Tutsi's new patch? I will not be here to test it for a couple of days  due to work, so am interested to hear how you find it.

Medium level sounds good for the 1-day games as the cpu is just too damn good in hard mode. I like the bit about "drove the ball that if the human player tried would be clean bowled!!" Am finding that in the test games as well. Ball jags off the seam, or is a perfect slower ball, or is the perfect yorker - and every time - BAM - ball goes flying to the boundary... from a bloody tail ender to boot!!!

Don't mind the tailies scrapping a few runs - but when they smack everything cleanly every time, it gets a bit annoying. I wish bowlers would bat like bowlers.

yep well its true tho its much worse in oner dayers, they dig the yorkers out and smash it miles in the air, i will ask tutsi if it can be changed but i doubt it can be changed. The patch seems good, the run out bug continues to ruin my one day games tho so i have one again lost intrest in playing my one day series. Its worth a download for the slower outfield alone.

It may be possible to change this as I believe you can get batsmen to play less aggressively, or make that shot harder to hit. Its probably a fine line though. Either they hit a lot, or you bowl them out very cheaply with yorkers all the time.

I don't mind Viv Richards hitting those, but I draw the line at Devon Malcolm doing it!!

May be worth trying Ragada's patch. I will do so after trying Tutsi's new one.

yeah but ragda's is for **** hot gamers, something i am not. I think tailenders should be a little more vulnrable to the yorker, but as you said its a fine line.

try raadaga's version 2 the advance shots are just so hard to play
