Fantasy Byte: Try it out now

So, I've started work on the addon that is aimed at improving upon the current Fantasy Cricket app that we use here. Thank you, FC staff, for your valuable inputs. I've enough data at hand to build the skeleton and progress in an iterative manner. However, I do anticipate more "advice seeking" posts from my side as and when I develop the addon. So stay tuned for such posts. Apart from the staff, I'm open to suggestions from all members alike.

I intend to provide updates on a bi-weekly or monthly basis. Hopefully, it turns out to be a good system. A little sneak peek for this week below:

Preview of event addition, update, removal.

The way I'm setting things up is the "Event" becomes the parent to everything. One event will house multiple "Series". For example:
Event: India's tour of England 2024
Series: (a) 4 Tests
(b) 5 ODIs
(c) 3 T20Is

So, Events -> Series -> Matches->Scoring->Standings

Will we able to add a completely new player if one player from our team is ruled out of the series/tournament?
Will substitutes be able to carry the multipliers like captain or power player?

Yep, as long as you have substitutions remaining and that player has been added by the FC staff when setting up a series.

I actually like how it is in the current system (i.e a substituted player cannot be a captain or + player). However, if demand be this restriction can be removed. Although I think restricting it will up the luck factor and I'm for that.

Maybe we can have one injury substitution.
