All looks good but seeing as I have a decent gaming rig, I was wondering if the PC would be next-gen this time around? Fifa 08 looked disgusting on PC (PS2 port)

The PS3 exclusive feature is FIFA Interactive World Cup (think it's called that, something like it), I think it's a big online tournament thing and the top few ranked players in it get to go somewhere for free to compete in an offline tournament for a prize (I think). Something along those lines anyway - No doubt it will be just for the cheating exploiting cock-monkeys and not for the casual/fair gamer like most of us.

But that was in last years wasn't it? I thought this was a new feature.

No I'm pretty sure I saw this FIFA interactive World Cup thing on the website and when I was loading online game.

I even got FIFA Interactive World Cup 2008 leaflet thing inside my FIFA 08 case.

It's taken fairly substantial steps towards next-gen, but still lags behind the Xbox 360/PS3. These are some of the best PC shots:

It's better than not having it at all - If you don't pay for it then you're still getting one more league of the feature than you were in FIFA 08 (or any other football game for that matter).

Do you reckon this feature could lead to more realistic Premiership table placings?

On my GFX card it's gonne look same as FIFA 06/07/08 (they were all the same GFX wise).

Lets not forget, they photoshop the screenshots sometimes too.

It looks like that the 3d grass only comes into effect in areas near to the player in this view, because observing closely makes us feel the rest of grass is 2d(Is it really, or is it just me? )

Also, the depth of the grass looks real good, we can see that from teh amount of ball we can see!

EA have taken the lawnmower to the grass, so it's just the right length now.
