I work out on the biceps, triceps and chest at least 3 times a week..

and my leg workouts are automatically done when i play soccer.. everyday...:D

Don't go gym yet because I have work, and I am a bit skint on money, But I have a few Ab workouts that I am doing, Going well, already seeing the start of a 'six Pack' Trying to tone up in my own time.

I also do Running, Weights, Dips, muscles on my arm starting to show aswell now.

I signed up for the gym here.

It was scary:p.

I'm a 15-year old Indian guy, 5'9, moderately skinny. Everyone there is at least 6'2, white/black, huge guys with like six packs and gigantic biceps. The women there are like men too:noway

I felt so out of place. That's why I just prefer to work out in my house:p

Think about me.. I'm just 5'7 :o

The gym where i go to has these huge men working out, and when i pick up the 5 kg dumbbell, gosh, its embarrassing in front of those 40 kg ones :noway
And to make it worse, i started with 2.5 Kg :p

2.5:eek: Gosh thats bad, I could do 2.5 well in grade 2.

I started doing 10 kg from grade 5 and now i do 20 kg :boxing

I've only done weights a few times in PE last year. I just haven't got the energy.

I'm also very unfit. So this isn't the thread for me XD

I need help.

I have started to show a six pack, but no matter how hard I am training, the other 4 are not coming through, I spoke to my mate, who said Its because I have a bit of excess fat on my stomach, but My mum and dad have already seen that I am loosing weight (in order to get a six pack, as I have been told with any fat over it, no matter how hard you train it won't show up) so I am trying to loose that layer, but My mum and dad keep saying, no, stop loosing weight, you don't need to, So, does anyone know how I can lose it without them noticing?
