Aside from the stnadard rules of these forums (no racism, warez or adult content) there are a couple more guidelines to follow.
Firstly, if you post articles from websites and newspapers, you really should give credit, otherwise it is technically breach of copyright. It won't be you who gets in trouble, it will be Vineet and the forum could get closed down and we'd all suffer.
Also, don't just post articles for the sake of it, at least make some sort of comment on them.
Secondly, the polls are opinion polls.
For example, a poll about who is the fastest bowler is unacceptable, but a poll about who is the best fast bowler is fine.
Thirdly, you may have noticed that certain words (mainly swear words) are covered up by asterixes (****) Also some of you will have noticed that you can get round this by putting spaces in the middle. Do not do this. It will still be censored by one of the moderators.
