I like the style, however, the colouring could be worked on to go more with the render. The text could be better as well, looks a bit out of place at the moment, and there is no need for the decorative text things. Also, it will look much much better if the whole thing is sharpened...try that mate...good work

You can use the Polygon lasso tool to cut out the pic or the marquee tool with a feather too do the same

Hmm nt bad at all... Render needs big improvement too dark and looks jus flat... and the text used for the names of team isnt great eitha...

Yea, a good effort, agree with what Hassan said though. Also, it is desperately too blurred try and sharpen the whole thing up and it will look a whole lot better. Nice effort mate, you are really producing top quality pieces of work .
