Aggression levels are set at 90 for Very Aggressive. Stamina can be changed, but it's a little bit pointless, up to you guys I s'pose.

Stamina is fine the way it is, you don't have to change it if you don't want to, only aggression is important at this team.

Nah us strikers don't need stamina, we just sit waiting for the midfielders to give us the ball.

Looks like he will be able to put himself in, you're dominating Syl in the poll, shame to see Will with no votes, he would be a great one imo since he's in a different time zone, meaning he could post teams while it's 3am in Melbourne! Plus he's incredibly active.
