How can I know what is the type of my RAM (DDR1 or DDR2).
Can anyone help me I have to buy two 1GB RAM's.

You can easily verify that.

1. Go to here and download CPUZ from there.
2. Start CPUZ and flip over to the Memory Tab. You'll find out everything you need to find out about your memory there.

If it says DDR then it IS DDR, or else it would say DDR2. Just take down all the specifications its giving (Frequency in Mhz, and the Timings, like 4-4-4-12 etc.) and buy the other RAMs with the exact same specification and you should be good to go.

Use fraps.
Your mobo supports only DDR RAM upto 2GB. You can buy DDR 400Mhz or DDR 333Mhz. You can only have two RAM. Buy from a reputed company like Kingston, Corsair etc.

Or if you want to take a screen of CPUZ, which fraps can't, simply press the print screen button, paste it in MS paint and save as JPEG.
