Help with Faces and Face Packs

i would like to know how to make the faces, and whenever i download a face pack from the website they never work, the only one that changed is shoiab akhtar's face, everyone else has the exact same.

can someone tell me how to fix this problem.

Have u downloaded and installed Unique face patch?If so then have u loaded the new roster in game?

i have installed the unique face patch, it still doesn't work, onyl some of the players faces load, also can some1 tell me how to make .big files for faces
