Hong Kong Sixes 2010

Are you just getting all this information from the HKCA site?

It really depends on who he's facing. They're only allowed to score like 35 aren't they?

Since everyone but the keeper has to bowl, he'd have a good chance if it was one of the weaker bowlers. Some of the NZers can hit the ball really far as well so I wouldn't be surprised if we scored quite a bit too.

sorry but im wondering where i can find live scorecards and teams for this thing

It's being broadcasted on Ten Sports.

He can score 31 runs max, so if he hits 5 sixes, that'll be 30, so he can get 36 off the 6th ball of the over theoretically

Provided if Warner was bowling to Nazir. :rolleyes Good joke. Even the explosive Craig McMillan and Lara were not able to do this in the past.

really?, i know i could. with the ball coming at 100-120 km/hr you could easily edge it for six.
Yeah, it's a bit ridiciulous. Apparently this ground is used for youth cricket, which would explain alot, because these boundaries are short for even club cricket!

Anyway, only 4 matches could be played. The tournament is now 4 overs a side, and the Hong Kong v South Africa game earlier in the day is now considered null and void.

All teams played 1 game, and will play the remaining 2 tomorrow as well as the semi final / final (I don't think there will be plate tournament this year).

Games will start at 8:10 AM in HK.

I went for today's matches.

Reached the ground and everything. Only to be told it was washed out.

Bleh. Was really looking forward to it too. I'm not going to be going for tomorrow's games since the tickets are twice the price of today's.

Did you still pay tickets for day 1?

Day 2 is suppoused to have more games, which might be why the ticket price is more

We should have tournaments like this more often, awesome stuff so far

I just wish it was played on a real pitch, and we'd be in business. Pakistan, Australia, South Africa, and Sri Lanka are through to the finals so intriguing stuff

Styris is behind the wickets

I don't understand that.

I'm more concerned about NZ leaving Nathan McCullum out of all the players they had

Insomniac added 1 Minutes and 6 Seconds later...

Styris takes an easy catch as keeper lol

I'm surprised he didn't make a mess of it, took it like a man whose been practicing

I can't watch this but from the scorecards it looked like he was getting hit around a bit.

tvkorner.com and channel 2 I believe has a link for Ten Sports.

OMG NEW ZEALAND.

You can't possibly lose this, its only 38 runs to win! NZ 6/2 -_-
