how to convert .bmp to .tim ?

i am currently playing BL99 .i have decided to do editing in BL99 .I wanna update all teams with current squads & kits etc.
so,i could change commentary also. I wanna make some kits & other stuff. I got all images i need to edit from .TIM files but i donno how to convert .bmp to .TIM .i searched every where. i am using adobe photoshop cs3 .If you could help me i will make Good patch for BL99 .

yaaa......i got it now! i could find plugins for photoshop 2.5(very old version).
