Here's the idea. I change the names of all of the players from Leicester (in Div2 for both, more of a challenge, and don't have players who play for England) to make a PlanetCricket XI-like team. I'll go purely on current season averages, so it will be as if we are trying to discover talent as if it were an under-12 team. Disregard career averages and don't use that as an excuse to get a game
When trading time comes, I will make sure that I'm not ruining the squad numbers and sign and terminate carefully. If you are dropped then I'll strive to make sure you get a replacement player.
If you want you can look up the averages yourself, but I'll list the players on offer here if you want to play your part in getting the PlanetCricket county to the top of the tables:
