The name Indian isn't meant to encourage only players from the Indian subcontinent. As the above explanation suggests, it suggests all players to join in, which is again reflected by the name itself.

It might start making it a bit tribal if all the Aussies want to play for Sydney, all the the English want to play for Manchester and all the Indians for Indian Incinerators. That's why I preferred the New York name label.

We don't want to make it a single area affair. The name Indian reflects the unity of all the players despite the cultural diversity, exactly as it happens in India. India is a vast country with thousands of different cultures, but still stands united. Same is with our team.

Did you read it the otherwise by any means? Because the explanation does say that Indian in the name doesn't stand for players from India, it stands for the cultural diversity yet unity as seen in India. Which means we want to encourage all players in our team, and we'll certainly assure it in the player biddings.

If you wanted Diversity you should have named it Canadian Countrymen or something like that. You'll never see a more diverse place than Canada.

I think the thought behind the name is fair enough, but I think the word "Incinerators" is just far too confusing and long . For a sports team, shouldn't it be something a bit shorter, and cooler?

It doesn't have to be an alliteration. Indian Sixes? Sounds pretty sweet to me.

If you want to be a sponsor of the Best team in PCPL, and want our star players advertising for you, You've got to be the highest bidder

There is one Main sponsor, whose logo can be put alongside the name of the team.
There are associate sponsors, who will be able to get their logo's on or kits.

An executive sponsor will also be there who will get a place in our sig's.

PS: These decisions are on the managers' discretion.
