Internet Wi-Fi Set-up Help Needed.

I have a 2/3 G USB dongle by iBall with speed of 21 Mbps. I want to use the internet for other devices like mobile/Laptop other then my pc. I thought of buying a wifi router D-Link DWR 111 which has usb ports. Is it possible to insert my dongle to its usb port and use the internet for other devices? . How to set up to use it like I mentioned above.?
