Im only using Tutsi patch and no other modification except kits. The level is 3 star so that bowlers suffer and I had not played this game for 6 months.

Harsha Bhogle: Welcome everyone I am Harsha Bhogle and you are watching our pre game show Taking Guard. Everyone is eagerly waiting the start of what will be exciting contest between two evenly matched sides. I have along with me Dean Jones who is arguably the first batsman to revolutionize the art of batting in ODI cricket. So Deano what are your thoughts on tonight?s game.

Deano: Well Harsha all I will say is that this is start of something big in cricket and I am glad that I am part of it. Our team in ICL has been working very hard to get them recognized and now that ICC has finally given us recognition means huge uplift for the game of cricket.

Harsha Bhogle: While I will like to talk to you more about that but let us first introduce our viewers with our commentary team. Alright then to bring out the best experience of the games we have brought best commentators from around the world to be part of this tournament. As the game goes along they will be giving you tips and insights of the game. Here are the other members of our team

Michael Holding was the most feared bowler of his time and is now among the best commentator. His voice has mesmerized many and will be keenly looking for fast bowlers.

David Lloyd does not need any introduction. This Englishmen has been fan favorite and lightens up the proceeding with his wit and humor.

Ravi Shastri is another one of those commentators who has huge fan following because of his comments and knowledge of game.

Wasim Akram bowled Yorkers at will and had lethal partnership with Waqar Younis. As a commentator he and Ravi make deadly partnership and are together called Shaz and Waz. They will be covering our mid innings show.​

If you take a look around the ground you will see that stadium is jam packed and there are equal numbers of people outside the ground as there are inside. This is the hometown of Yuvraj Singh and ground for Mohali team and we heard a loud cheer when Mohali team players came to field for practice. I have Michael Holding with me here now. So Michael what are your thoughts on the game?

Michael Holding: Slats I have been skeptic about the 20-20 games but all I can say now is that they are here to stay. I would like to congratulate ICC for giving recognition to ICL. Now I hope that we get to see great series between these two amazing side.

Deano: These are two strong teams Harsha and honestly I cannot pick a winner out of these sides. The ICL team suffered defeat in the practice game and have been working hard to get team spirit going. The IPL on the other hand will be on high and have chosen Mohali stadium for the fact that it is fastest wicket in India and will assist the attacking players of IPL.

Harsha Bhogle: Now let us go down to Geoff Boycott for pitch report. So Geoff what do you have for us?

Geoff Boycott: Harsha the atmosphere here is amazing. You will think that there is World Cup final going on but in fact it is a domestic game. Now lets have a look at the pitch. This is a very hard wicket with no grass it. If I try to insert my key it takes a lot of effort. When I bang my hand it makes a noise suggesting that it is very hard. The ball will come nicely on the bat and it should stay even for whole match. The weather is cool and that should make players feel comfortable. I think that Captain who wins the toss might want to bat second and take advantage of knowing what to chase. Over to you Harsha.
