Is there a way to hide backnumbers shown on kits

Is there a way to hide backnumbers shown on kits & make it show only the names.
Because I'm making some classic kits which don't have numbers on the back.

does the xml file which contains the back number colour also enables to hide back numbers?

Maybe you could just make the colour of the numbers the same colour as the kit?

I don't know much about kit's editing. But you mention that XML files contains back no.s. If there is XML file for umpires also then you could check the setting of that XML file as umpires have no back numbers.

the only trouble with that is the name would also disappear. in the xml file i used

<team name="Australia" location="aus" id="0">
<kit name="Coloured" colour="#255420"/>
<kit name="White"/>
<kit name="Sweater"/>

the colour is for name and number.
