Left arm orthodox spin - doosra and leg breaks mixed up?

I was using a part time left arm spinner with zero points in doosra and about 60% in leg breaks bowling to a right handed batsman. I found I could only get about 600rpm when bowling conventional leg breaks but about 1700 rpm when bowling the doosra. I then put points in doosra and found that my leg break rpm went up to around 1700.

Is this a known issue? I havn't found it on the forum but I havn't been here that long so apologies if this has been discussed elsewhere. It seems as if the game treats orthodox left arm bowlers as if they are right arm bowlers when calculating the amount of spin.

I never know what type of delivery I am chucking down the wicket when using a leftie spinner. I rotate the left stick...sometimes the ball spins and sometimes it doesn't! I work on the basis that if I don't know what I'm bowling then the batsman doesn't know what he is receiving.
