This isn't too far off what I'm considering, there's certainly elements to it.
There will be a lot of stats work that'll be central to what I'm doing, and I'm having to build a pretty complicated excel sheet to make sure what I'm doing is as streamlined as possible (which is part of the current delay).
On the plus side, most issues I can think of to date I've found a solution for. If anyone finds it interesting though, that's another matter!
