Draft Rules
* Make sure that you read each and every point in this post before beginning with the Drafts.
* The drafts will begin on 18th July on 7:00 PM IST.
* You have to pick players as mentioned in the Round.
* Please make sure you read when/if you are picking in each round, and how many players you are picking. I'll be pretty pissed off if someone miss picks, as I've written it all out clearly above.
* If you have not picked within 24 hours, I'll be making random pick for you. No changes can then be made to your picked player.
* If you know you will not be coming on for a period of time, you can send me a PM with what sort of players you are looking for, and I will make your pick for you.
* It's your responsibility to make your pick, so keep on checking the thread. Don't rely on me to update the title, or send you a VM.
* Leave a quick post in this thread after reading whole thing, so that I can know that you have very well bothered to read everything.
Player Rules
* No list of players will be given.
* You can pick any player from Afghanisthan, Bermuda, Scotland, USA, Ireland, Kenya, Namibia, Netherlands and Canada for Associate players.
* You cannot pick Retired players in your squad.
* The player picked must be currently playing/available for his respective country. However, this is inapplicable for Associate players.
* International player must have played at-least 20 ODIs for his country. Then only that player is eligible for picking. However, this is inapplicable for Associate players.
Player Skills
* Player's Averages (List A and ODIs)
* Recent Form
* International and Domestic Experience
* My Perspective
Squad
Your squad will consist of 15 players, including:
* 9 Associate players
* 6 Overseas/International players
* At least 2 Wicket-Keepers (At least one Full-time)
* Mixture of both Associates and Internationals in each department.
