Great ashu! Looks like this tourney is going to have a great start with me (India) playing the first match against England... So its starting on 11th? Great!!!!

I also would recommend setting time limits for people exceeding which their matches are forfeited to the opposing teams! This might deter people to an extent from cheating! Also, this way you can finish the tournament off by the time you want it to. Last time we played an online tournament with C2004 and after a few matches, we had to wait a long time before the next match was played becoz of a few people. This time, it should not happen! Only people who are really committed and who have the time should take part! Or else, they can back out and hand it over to other people who would love to take part!

P.s: If you want, I can act as the reporter of the matches in this tournament! I love writing match reports and presentation ceremonies! you can ask the teams to post their scores and send their reports on how the match went! I will expand it into a real life report! This way, the readers will find it more interesting!

Since most of the matches would be played as exhibition matches, i dont think man of the match would be announced. So you can be the adjudicator of the man of the match and man of the series!

Also have you got ur title for this tournament? if yes, then you should change the title of this thread so that people are attracted to it and read it! Sorry if I am suggesting too much! I am genuinely excited here!

I fully agree with every word sais said. If anyone thinks that he might not be able to complete the series then I will request him to inform me and so that we can replace him with someone who are in waiting. I have got two people in waiting. There is a time limit and it is explained very clearly in the rules present in our website.

Second each match starts on sundays so the team batting first will get whole sunday to play. So the team batting first will have three days to complete their inning which includes sunday also. Therefore team batting second will get four days to complete their inning. If anyone is unable to complete their inning in time then the points will be awarded to opposite team including Bonus point. I also request everyone to play fair and enjo the game not yourself but let other enjoy too.

I am also creating a story thread for planecricket super cup where each team can post pre-match and post-match interviews. All the match updates will be only posted their and we will keep this thread for only managerial discussions.

no you cant decide your starting X1 if you are batting second . It has to be default but for team batting first you can have your favourite X1 . So compromise for half of the matches

No 50 overs are best because in 20 overs their is no fun of a bit patience. All you do in 20 overs is hitting and no playing. Its more fun in 50 overs because you have to build your inning and play well for whole 50 overs.

Yes we are Tutsi's 2.0 AI patch and everyone must use the patches posted below. Ok guys I have decided that you can use any patch of your choice but AI patch has to be Tutsi's 2.0 v patch, pitchad and stumps will be official which has been made already and I will post it soon here. TV graphics we will use are sky sports 2006, 9 2.0, ten sports and ESPN. Rest of the all patches are of your own choice mates.

Guys dont worry about it. I haver two people in wait and have already PM'ed one to join. If they dont join then I will take on tenth team and will play for it. So no threat to our cup yet.
